Sun Dog Winter

The reference for this painting came from my neighbours yard. It was a perfect sun dog, absolutely gorgeous. I needed a wide canvas to capture the whole look of the sundog. I feel I captured the feel of this sun dog with the long shadows and theglow in the snow.
